2. Ordering

When you place an order on LintGone.co.uk, you are making an offer to purchase the product at the stated price. Your order is accepted and a contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and will issue a full refund in such cases.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price at the time of your order will always be honoured.

4. Payment

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Delivery

Please refer to our Delivery Policy for full details. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not contractually guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, or circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns and refunds

Please refer to our Returns Policy. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods and receive a full refund. Our 30-day guarantee extends this right significantly beyond the statutory minimum.

LintGone is designed for use on fabric as described on this website. We accept no liability for damage caused by improper use of the product. Always read the included instruction booklet before first use.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the price paid for the product. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
