Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your LintGone Pro. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.

30-Day Return Window

You may return your unused product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. The product must be in its original packaging and in resaleable condition.

How to Return

  • • Email returns@lintgone.co.uk with your order number.
  • • We'll send you a prepaid UK return label.
  • • Drop your parcel at any Royal Mail post office.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return, back to the original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives faulty or develops a fault within the 2-year warranty period, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost.
