Our 30-day guarantee
We want you to love LintGone. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the purchase price. This applies whether the product is used or unused.
How to start a return
- Email us at support@lintgone.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Return the item in its original or suitable packaging
- Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 working days
Return costs
If you are returning an item because it is faulty or damaged on arrival, we will cover the return postage cost. If you are returning for any other reason (e.g. changed your mind), return postage is at your own cost. We recommend using a tracked postal service.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account after we have confirmed receipt of the return. If your refund has not appeared after 10 working days please contact your bank before contacting us.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@lintgone.co.uk with a photo of the item. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund including return postage — whichever you prefer.
Exceptions
We are unable to accept returns on items that have been deliberately damaged after receipt. All other returns are accepted within the 30-day window with no exceptions.
