Order processing
Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are dispatched the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once dispatched.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel at any time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 48 hours of ordering, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at hello@lintgone.co.uk.
Delays
Whilst we aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, postal disruptions, or customs processing. If your order has not arrived within 20 working days please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
Missing or damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 30 days of your order date at support@lintgone.co.uk and we will resolve the issue promptly with either a replacement or a full refund.
